Knives from Karesuandokniven are made the same way they where made over hundreds of years ago, according to sami traditions. The commodities used is taken from the surroundings in Karesuando. The knives are designed for a number of purposes, always with high quality and usage in focus. The selection contains handcrafted hunting knives, fishing knives, pocket knives, traditional sami knives and extra fine damascus knives.
The stunning Nivalainen has a fixed blade perfect for hunting, camping and bush craft. The Nivalainen is an overall length of 31 cm with a stainless steel blade length of 15cm at 3mm thick. The handle is made from Curly Birch wood and horn. Weighing 300 g it is light enough to carry on your waist with the leather sheath provided.
It is beautifully crafted by hand and will serve as a faithful bushcraft companion or a fantastic heirloom knife.
