VC Traders has a highly specialised service division managed by a world class Briggs and Stratton Master Service Technician, David Sawyer. Our service division consists of a multitalented team of technicians that have a high degree of technical know how and product knowledge of a very broad range of power products.

Our technicians have successfully completed all the possible factory training programs that are available to us from our suppliers. Industry leading factory training courses such as Briggs And Stratton's Master Service Technician examination, the Briggs and Stratton Advanced Electrical Training School Stihl's Service Advantage training programs and John Deere's numerous training courses amongst others. They have also undertaken industry specific licences such as the Elevated Work Platform of Australia's Operator's Licence and the Appliance Safety Testing Electrical Licence, to name a few.

Due to the unique nature of our business, which incorporates a hire company and a retail outlet, it allows the technicians to constantly hone their talents on a plethora of machinery ranging from basic gardening equipment to complex industrial machinery.

VC Traders technicians are capable of servicing, repairing or rebuilding all of the outdoor power equipment that we sell, complimented by spare parts and warranty back up and support. Where possible we only use genuine parts for all of the products that we sell.

Our service division has earned a reputation over the past twenty years as a leading service department managed by talented technicians with highly specialised knowledge, skills and training.

Whether it be welding, trailer rebuilds and repairs, electrical test and tagging, power equipment service and repairs, maintenance and repairs of construction equipment or just repairing a flat tyre on your ride on mower, we have the technicians, expertise and facilities to do it all.

Our service division is open for business on Saturday mornings from 8-12 as well as the usual Monday to Friday business hours of 8 till 5 . After hours servicing can be organised by appointment during the peak spring and summer months.

We have courtesy trailers available for our customers to use to pick up and deliver equipment for the service division as well as a pick up and delivery service that we offer.
